Regardless of the type of pickup you select, we start monitoring the flight you will be arriving on at least two hours prior to the scheduled arrival time. So whether the flight is delayed or arrives early, we will be there when you arrive.
We park our vehicles next to the airport and wait for you to call us whenever you are ready to be picked up. If you do not have any checked-in luggage, you can call us as soon as you start debarking from the airplane. If you have checked luggage, you call us as soon as you have gathered all of your pieces and within 3-4 minutes (assuming there is no traffic), we will arrive at the agreed spot to pick-you up.
At SFO, it is best to pickup at the arrivals level (baggage claim) as the departures level (upper level /departures) can become very congested at certain times of the day. Baggage meet at SFO is the preferred method during the holidays as it is much faster than curb-side pickup.
We wait for you at baggage claim with a sign with your name. Once we have made contact with you, we will wait for the luggage and then gladly assist you with your luggage to the car. This is the only method available at SJC as curb-side pickups are not allowed for Limousine operators.
